Toxic Attraction is backstage walking. Unified NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose says Fallon Henley is about to find out what happens when you mess with a bad bitch. We go to commercial.

Unified NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose vs. Fallon Henley

We go back to the ring and out comes Fallon Henley. Toxic Attraction is out next – Unified NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. They hit the ring and pose on the apron before entering.

Fans chant for Rose as they lock up. Rose slams Henley first and shows off. They talk some trash and Rose works on the arm. Henley takes her down and leaps onto her, applying a submission. Henley drops Rose as fans do dueling chants now. Rose shows Henley up and dropkicks her while she’s down for a 2 count.

Rose talks some trash and smacks Henley’s face into the mat a few times. Henley gets up an slaps Rose. Henley mounts some offense, drops Rose and kicks her in the back of the head. Henley with a big right hand from the floor while Rose is on the middle rope. Henley brings it back in for a 2 count. Henley goes on and catches in a fall-away slam. Rose keeps control and nails a shoulder thrust in the corner.

Rose works Henley around the ring and drops her for another 2 count. Rose launches Henley with a suplex. Rose shows off some more now and fans cheer her on. Rose with an abdominal stretch now as Henley screams out. Fans rally for Henley now. Henley fights out with elbows but Rose knees her. Rose slams Henley on her face for another 2 count. Rose with another abdominal stretch.

Henley breaks free and mounts some offense until Rose rocks her. Henley keeps fighting and hits a bulldog for a 2 count. They trade big strikes on their feet in the middle of the ring now. Rose blocks a Pedigree and nails the All Kiss The Rose bicycle knee for the pin to win.

Winner: Mandy Rose

After the match, Toxic Attraction stands tall in the ring to celebrate. Rose takes the mic and says she knows Alba Fyre is jealous over how she conquered two continents and unified the titles while Fyre was busy throwing another log on the fire. Fyre may keep the fire going but she’s looking at the woman that starts them. Rose says this is Fyre’s last chance. Fyre appears on the big screen and says Rose may be the champion but she doesn’t do visual warnings, she’s more of a visual woman. Fyre has her bat lit on fire. She smiles and lights up lettering in gasoline on the ground, and it spells out “#AndNew” as the crowd pops. Rose looks on from the ring.

Fallon, Josh and Brooks walk in the back and they see Toxic Attraction and Brooks is nervous as he talks about the photo from last week. Mandy and Fallon have some words. Fallon says she does not care how long Mandy has been champion and she is not afraid of her. Josh and Brooks pull Fallon away as we go to commercial.

We are back and Toxic Attraction is in the ring. Mandy says she is back from vacation. She says she called her shot and unified the titles and beat the two best people from that brand. I may even run NXT Europe too. Jacy says the three biggest stars of the brand are here on the anniversary of NXT. They are the super group. Gigi says when you think of super groups you think of Toxic Attraction. We made the NXT Women’s Tag titles the most important in the industry. She says that Katana and Kayden are holding the titles for them. Jacy says that Ivy and Tatum can pop off on social media all they want, but we will prove that it is Toxic Attraction and everyone else. Mandy says they are the baddest bitches in the world. Two time tag team champions and I am on my way to being the longest reigning champion in NXT.

Alba Fyre makes her way to the ring and she says that Mandy Rose may have unified both titles, but you know nothing about where I come from. I am from Scotland. We don’t brag because we like to hear our voices. We do it with hard work. You see a battle tested warrior from generations of fire keepers. You see your demise. You see the next NXT Women’s Champion.

Alba hits Jacy and Gigi with her bat and she avoids Mandy with the belt. Alba with a super kick followed by a Gory Bomb. Fyre goes up top and Gigi and Jacy pull Mandy from the ring.

Triple Threat Title Unification Match
NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose vs. Blair Davenport vs. NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura

We go back to the ring and out comes NXT UK Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura for her first United States match since WCW. She gets a show of respect as streamers are shot all over the ring. Blair Davenport is out next. We cut backstage to NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose arriving. Now she makes her entrance without Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin. Rose hits the ring and poses to a pop from the crowd. Taylor does formal ring introductions now.

Blair tries to kick Meiko but Meiko blocks it. Mandy with forearms to Meiko. Meiko with forearms to Mandy and Blair. Blair and Mandy with a double back elbow. They go for a double suplex and hit it and Blair with a cover but Mandy pushes her off. Mandy with a cover and Blair pushes her off. Mandy pushes Blair and Blair pushes Mandy and Meiko with a rollup for a near fall. Mandy with a rollup to Blair for a near fall. Meiko with a spinning heel kick to Blair and Blair goes to the floor. Meiko with a back heel kick and European uppercut. Meiko kiccks Blair to the floor. Mandy with a drop kick to Meiko. Blair with a round kick from the floor. Blair slams Meiko on the floor. Mandy tells Blair to come into the ring. Mandy with a waist lock take down. Blair with a rollup for a near fall. Blair with a head scissors but Mandy lands on her feet.

Blair with a snap mare and drop kick for a near fall. Blair with a knee to the midsection and Mandy catches Blair on a cross body and hits a fallaway slam. Mandy with shoulders in the corner. Meiko pulls Mandy to the floor and connects with a forearm. Blair has a kick blocked and Meiko sends Blair to the apron. Meiko with kicks to Blair against the ring steps. Mandy sends Meiko into the apron. Blair moves and Mandy goes into the ring steps. Blair with a double stomp off the apron onto Mandy’s back. Meiko and Blair get in the ring and Blair misses a kick. Meiko with a forearm and wrist lock. Meiko with a leg sweep and a knee drop for a near fall. Meiko with an STF. Blair is able to escape the hold and applies a wrist lock and gets a near fall with a rollup. Meiko with a near fall. Blair with a kick and forearm to the back. Meiko with an Irish whip and Blair gets her feet up. Mandy pulls Blair off the turnbuckles and sends her to the floor.

Mandy gets in the ring with Meiko and Meiko with a forearm and Mandy fires back. Mandy with a clothesline. Mandy kicks Meiko a few times. Mandy with forearms and it only angers Meiko. Mandy with a pie face to Meiko and Meiko smiles. Meiko with forearms and a European uppercut. Mandy misses a round kick but does not miss on the second rotation. Meiko gets a near fall. Meiko gets Many on her shoulders and Mandy escapes. Mandy with a spinebuster for a near fall. Blair sends Meiko into the turnbuckles and then hits a Northern Lights suplex on Mandy for a near fall. Blair goes to the turnbuckles and Mandy with a forearm. Mandy climbs on the turnbuckles and Blair with forearms. Mandy with a superplex and Meiko goes up top and hits a frog splash on Blair but Mandy breaks up the cover.

Meiko with a Pele Kick and Meiko with forearms to Blair and Mandy across the ring. Meiko with kicks to Blair and Mandy. Meiko misses a kick on Blair and Meiko blocks a suplex. Mandy helps get Meiko up but Meiko counters with a double DDT. Meiko with a round off knee to Mandy but misses one to Blair. Blair kicks Meiko to the floor. Blair sets for a suplex and Meiko kicks both women in the back of the leg. Meiko with a round off double knee drop to Mandy and Blair. Meiko gets a near fall on Blair. Mandy sets for a Tiger Driver but Meiko blocks it and hits a Death Valley Driver on Mandy but Blair with a double stomp off the turnbuckles to break up the cover. Blair with the Bea Trigger for a near fall.

Mandy drop kicks Blair intot he corner and Mandy with punches and kicks. Blair blocks an Irish whip and hits a back elbow. Blair with a missile drop kick to Meiko. Mandy goes for a reverse gutrwench suplex but Blair lands on her feet. Mandy gets to her feet and Mandy with a kick. Mandy misses the jumping knee and Blair with a rollup. Meiko with Scorpio Rising to Blair. Mandy with a running knee for the three count.

Winner and Undisputed NXT Women’s Champion: Mandy Rose

After the match, Rose stands stall and celebrates as the music hits. We go to replays. Rose takes both title belts and raises them in the air at the entrance-way as fans cheer her on.

Back from the break and Toxic Attraction is backstage, talking and walking as they insult Cora Jade. Dakota Kai walks up and awkwardly walks with them. Mandy Rose says she won’t need them out there with her tonight. There’s a bunch of debris laying on the ground. They acknowledge it but keep walking. Kay Lee Ray appears and knocks some more stuff to the ground with a baseball bat.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose vs. Cora Jade

We go back to the ring and out first comes NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose for this non-title match. Out next comes Cora Jade with her skateboard.

The bell rings and they go at it as fans do dueling chants. Jade rocks Rose in the mouth and beats her into the corner. They trade takedowns and Jade covers for a 1 count. Jade with more offense now. She goes for a leaping knee in the corner but Rose catches it and slams her for a 2 count. Rose unloads with kicks in the corner now. Rose with a suplex for another 2 count.

Rose grounds Jade as the dueling chants continue. Jade fights up and out but Rose takes her down again, grounding her with a body scissors. More back and forth as Jade gets free and delivers some snots. Jade misses a big flying senton from the second rope as Rose moves. Kay Lee Ray comes down with her baseball bat now, distracting Rose.

Rose goes back to Jade and rocks her with a knee. Ray swings the bat at the ring post, and the announce table. KLR distracts Rose again by tossing the bat to the referee, which allows Jade to take advantage and roll Rose up for the pin to win.

Winner: Cora Jade

After the bell, Jade celebrates and makes her exit as the music plays. A furious Rose looks on from the ring.

McKenzie Mitchell is backstage with Dakota Kai. She laughs about her friendship with Raquel Gonzalez. Kai says she’s been lost in her head since that night, and the only way to purge that is to get rid of the past and that begins with ending Gonzalez tonight. It all started at Halloween Havoc and it all ends tonight. Toxic Attraction walks up and stares Kai down. Kai says NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose owes her twice. Kai storms off. The Grizzled Young Veterans walk up and give the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles back to Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, who think they are pathetic. They lie about what happened to the belts and Zack Gibson gives some lie-telling advice to James Drake.

During Raquel vs Dakota, Gonzalez raises the shovel over Kai now as fans cheer her on. Kai looks on terrified, pleading from the mat. Kai backs up into the corner but Toxic Attraction suddenly attacks from behind for the disqualification.

After the bell, NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne triple team Gonzalez before Kai joins in. Cora Jade runs out with her skateboard to make the save for Gonzalez. Jade threw her skateboard at Kai at one point. Rose ends up dropping Jade with a clothesline. Jade is triple teamed now as Kai applies a submission to Gonzalez and Rose stomps on her. The music hits and out comes the injured Zoey Stark, wearing a leg brace and using crutches. She stops on the entrance-way but the music hits and out comes Io Shirai next. Shirai hits the ring with one of Stark’s crutches and unloads. Fans go wild for Shirai. Kai hits Shirai with Jade’s skateboard but the chaos keeps going. Jade and Shirai team up to fight off Kai and Toxic Attraction now, Shirai still using the crutch. Gonzalez gets back involved, dumping Kai to the apron. It sounds like a “boring!” chant may have started up amid the chaos. Gonzalez scoops Dolin and uses her to knock Kai off the apron to the floor. Jade, Gonzalez and Shirai stand tall in the ring as fans chant “NXT!” now. Toxic Attraction and Kai are down on the floor. Shirai takes the mic and yells out “War Games!” to apparently set up the women’s War Games match for next month. NXT goes off the air.

Toxic Attraction vs. Io Shirai, Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter

We go right to the ring and out first comes Toxic Attraction – NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne. Io Shirai is out first for her team. Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro are out next as Alicia Taylor does the introductions.

Rose starts off with Carter, slamming her and taunting her. Rose is all smiles as fans chant her name. Carter shows Rose up now, then taunts her. They lock up again and break. Rose shoves Shirai off the apron out of nowhere. Shirai runs in but the referee holds her back. Carter grabs Rose but an elbow knocks her down. Dolin tags in and knees Carter as Rose holds her.

Dolin works Carter over and kicks her in the back after dropping her. Dolin taunts Shirai and Catanzaro and goes to work on Carter as fans do dueling chants. Jayne comes in and levels Carter for a 2 count. Jayne taunts Carter but gets rocked in the face. Carter with more strikes. Jayne drops her with an enziguri. Jayne walks into a kick to the face. Shirai tags in and slams Jayne in the middle of the ring. Shirai drives knees to the gut to keep her down for a quick pin attempt. Shirai and Carter take turns on Jayne now. Catanzaro launches herself in off the tag for a close 2 count on Jayne.

Jayne takes Catanzaro to their corner and in comes Rose with kicks. Catanzaro counters and sends Rose to the floor. Catanzaro then launches herself over the top rope to the floor, taking Rose down for a pop. Carter takes Dolin and Jayne down on the floor next to Rose for another pop. Shirai goes to run the ropes for a suicide dive but Rose rushes into the ring and intercepts Shirai with a big Spinebuster for a pop. Rose stands tall over Shirai and poses as we go to a picture-in-picture commercial break.

Back from the break and Rose has Catanzaro grounded in a body scissors after Toxic Attraction dominated during the break. Rose drops Catanzaro face-first for a 2 count. Rose grounds Catanzaro with the scissors again as fans do dueling chants and Carter rallies from the apron. Catanzaro fights out with back elbows, finally breaking free. Catanzaro goes for a tag but they tangle and she finally kicks Rose away. Shirai tags in as does Dolin.

Shirai runs wild on Dolin as fans chant her name. Shirai drops Dolin with a kick, then scoop slams her. Shirai stomps on Dolin and stomps away in the corner to keep her down. Dolin catches Shirai with a Stunner out of nowhere. Rose tags back in but Shirai nails clotheslines, then a Facebuster. Shirai with running double knees in the corner for a 2 count. Dolin runs in and decks Shirai from behind but the referee backs her out. Shirai goes to the top and hits the moonsault on Rose but Dolin and Jayne break it up. Carter and Catanzaro rush in and send the tag champs to the floor. Shirai crawls for a tag. Rose grabs her leg and pulls her back. Dolin tags in but Shirai sweeps her leg. Carter tags in and unloads on Dolin with clotheslines. She also kicks Jayne into the ring and splashes both of the tag champs in the corner.

Carter dropkicks Jayne in the corner, jumping off Dolin’s back. Carter rolls Dolin up and kicks her. Fans chant “this is awesome!” now. Carter slams Dolin face-first into the mat. Carter goes to the top but Jayne distracts from the apron. Catanzaro and Jayne go down at ringside, then Shirai and Rose as Shirai leaps off the steel steps to take the champ down. There may have been a ringside botch there with those four. Dolin ends up bringing Carter down off the top turnbuckle off the distraction, and then hitting her finisher in the middle of the ring for the pin to win.

Winners: Toxic Attraction

After the match, Toxic Attraction stands tall as the music hits and we go to replays. Shirai stands on the ropes and stares out at Rose as she raises the NXT Women’s Title in the air.

We go back to the ring area to see Toxic Attraction celebrating their win at the entrance-way. Kay Lee Ray makes her entrance and walks right through them.

Toxic Attraction is in the parking lot. They tell the camera man to get used to congratulating them because they will be champions for a long time. NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose says Toxic Attraction is THE attraction. Rose says Kay Lee Ray didn’t intimidate her and if she thinks she’s next for a title shot, get in line. Raquel Gonzalez rides up on her motorcycle and stops, telling Rose she will deal with her later. Gonzalez tells Rose to keep her title warm. She then rides off as Toxic Attraction heads to their car to leave.

– We go right to the ring and out comes new NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose of Toxic Attraction, fresh off last Tuesday’s title win over Raquel Gonzalez, thanks to an assist by Dakota Kai. Rose poses and raises the title in the air as she enters the ring, and fans chant her name.

Rose says damn it feels good. She told us she was on a different level. Fans chant “you deserve it!” now and Rose says she knows, she doesn’t need our approval. She told us week after week she’d become champion and because she’s a woman of her word, she did that. She defeated the unbeatable, the unstoppable, Gonzalez, and became the new champ. Rose declares that she is “still the baddest b—h in this whole God damn company” and fans pop. She goes on about how good the title looks on her, better than anyone else. You all know it, she says. Rose says with the title around her waist, everyone is following her every move, and that goes for all of Toxic Attraction because they had a hell of a Halloween Havoc.

Rose goes on about how hot she is. She goes to call out NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne but the camera cuts backstage to the locker room. We see on the big screen how Jayne and Dolin have just attacked Zoey Stark. Officials tend to Stark as Dolin and Jayne walk away. Rose continues ranting about how there’s not a woman or faction in NXT who can stop them. The music interrupts and out comes Io Shirai to a pop.

Shirai says she saw what Toxic Attraction did. She doesn’t like Zoey, but she dislikes Toxic Attraction even more. Shirai enters the ring and says she wants the leader of Toxic Attraction, right here, right now. Shirai drops the mic and gets ready to fight but Rose tells her to hold on because this is her world now and no one is scared of Shirai any longer. Rose says she’s also ready to fight. She calls for a referee but drops Shirai with a cheap shot. Rose beats Shirai around, sending her to the floor, then face-first into the announce table and the ring post. Fans chant for Shirai but Rose sends her into the edge of the apron. Rose rolls Shirai back in the ring and grabs the mic and says this isn’t the old NXT, honey, this is NXT 2.0, and Shirai will never look like her. Shirai snaps and takes Rose down, then unloads as fans cheer her on. Shirai with a big German suplex for another pop. Shirai with the double knees into the corner now.

Shirai goes to the top for the moonsault but Dolin and Jayne hit the ring. They pull Shirai from the top and double team her. Shirai fights them off and drops Jayne into a submission but Rose and Dolin make the save. Kayden Carter suddenly flies off the top with a clothesline. Kacy Catanzaro also joins in. Shirai, Carter and Catanzaro clear the ring of Toxic Attraction now. They stand tall as Shirai’s music hits and Toxic Attraction regroups at ringside.

Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal – Trick or Treat Street Fight for the NXT Women’s Title: Mandy Rose vs. Raquel Gonzalez

We go back to the ring for our second “Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal” match as Toxic Attraction leader Mandy Rose makes her way out. We go back to commercial.

Back from the break and the Halloween costume party is getting wild backstage. Lash Legend apparently tells Tony D’Angelo he can be on her show, telling him not to disappoint. Von Wagner is dressed as Brad Pitt and no one recognizes him. He’s with Kyle O’Reilly and someone else dressed up. There’s an interaction between Cameron Grimes and Duke Hudson, who may be dressed as Hugh Heffner. Grimes says he will see Duke in “Duke’s Poker Room” next week. Robert Stone is dressed as Elvis. He has some words with Xyon Quinn, who is apparently dressed as himself. Quinn chokeslams Stone through a table and Franky Monet has seen enough as she walks off. Someone, apparently host Grayson Waller, looks down at Stone and declares that this is the greatest Halloween party ever. We cut backstage to NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa preparing for the main event. We go back to the ring and a video shows someone riding a motorcycle outside. The motorcycle rides into the arena and it’s NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez for a big pop. Gonzalez walks over to the wheel and Chucky appears on the screen, saying it’s time to spin. Gonzalez spins and it lands on Chucky’s Choice. Chucky appears again and picks a Trick or Street Fight stipulation.

The referee raises the title in the air as rose attacks Gonzalez to start. They go at it and Gonzalez whips Rose into the turnbuckles, sending her down. Rose catches Gonzalez with a jawbreaker. Rose unloads with kicks and punches in the corner now. Gonzalez turns it around and nails a running splash in the corner. Rose rolls to the floor as fans boo. Gonzalez follows and Rose decks her with a kendo stick, then more kendo stick shots.

Gonzalez catches a kendo stick shot and beats Rose down. Gonzalez launches Rose into the Plexiglas barrier and she goes down. Gonzalez grabs Rose but Rose rocks her in the face. Rose unloads with right hands now, sending Gonzalez face-first into the ring post. Rose grabs another kendo stick and beats Gonzalez into the ring with it. Rose follows Gonzalez into the ring as Gonzalez sells a hurt leg from the kendo stick shots. We go to a picture-in-picture commercial.

Back from the break and Gonzalez yanks Rose from the apron to the floor, putting her down face-first at ringside. Gonzalez with another kendo stick shot. Gonzalez slams Rose face-first into the announce table. Rose kicks Gonzalez away and then shoves an announcer’s chair at her. Rose knocks Gonzalez into the chair and she’s sitting now. Rose traps her in the chair with a kendo stick and goes to work on her, talking trash. Rose with a jumping kick to the face, knocking Gonzalez over in the chair.

Rose covers on the floor while Gonzalez is trapped in the chair but the referee reminds her the pin has to happen in the ring. Rose snaps with more kendo stick shots at ringside now. She has words with the referee. Rose brings a steel chair from under the ring. She turns around to Gonzalez standing on the announce table, wearing a Jason hockey mask and spraying a fire extinguisher. Gonzalez comes off the table and beats Rose up at ringside some more.

Gonzalez powers Rose back into the ring and keeps control. Gonzalez launches Rose face-first into the top turnbuckle for a 2 count. Gonzalez with big shoulder thrusts in the corner now. Gonzalez boots Rose back out of the ring as fans chant for tables. Gonzalez follows to the floor and levels Rose with another big boot. Gonzalez launches Rose into the steel ring steps. Gonzalez grabs half of the steps and sits them on the edge of the apron. Rose rolls back in and Gonzalez follows but Rose kicks her on the way in.

Rose sends Gonzalez face-first into the half of the steps that were placed on the edge of the ring. Gonzalez looks to be knocked out as Rose covers for a 2 count. Gonzalez fights back from the apron but Rode keeps rocking her. Rose pulls Gonzalez back in under the bottom rope but the champ kicks out at 2. There’s a table leaning in the corner now as Rose looks to powerbomb her. Gonzalez counters with a back-drop. The both slowly get back up but Gonzalez charges and puts Rose through the leaning table with a big Spear.

Fans chant “NXT!” now as Gonzalez drags Rose over for another close 2 count. Gonzalez can’t believe it. A masked woman in all black appears at ringside now, behind Gonzalez, who is leaning against the ropes waiting on Rose to get back up. The mystery woman smacks Gonzalez in the back with a shovel and Gonzalez goes down. Rose takes advantage and covers for the pin to win the title.

After the bell, the music hits as Rose stands tall and raises the title in the air. We go to replays. New NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne come out now to join Rose on the entrance-way as Toxic Attraction stands tall with their gold. The camera cuts back to the ring and we see the mystery woman standing over Gonzalez with the shovel. The woman in all black removes her head covering and it’s Dakota Kai. Fans chant “welcome back!” now. Kai kneels down over Gonzalez to end the segment.
